As part of the follow-up, evaluation, and implementation of the Social and Productive Inclusion Project (ISP), a team from the World Bank carried out a mission between 16 and 20 May 2022, with the aim of finding out on-the-spot the status of progress made in the project and also to carry out a field visit to learn about the real impacts caused on the beneficiaries of the RSI.
During this mission, meetings were held with IHR beneficiaries (Regular and Emergency), from Santiago’s interior, namely from São Domingos, São Salvador do Mundo, and Santa Catarina.
On the occasion, the beneficiaries shared their experiences through testimonials in which they revealed how they have manifested the benefits of RSI in improving their conditions, thus providing a healthy quality of life.
This initiative, part of the project, had the participation of the World Bank team, in addition to the Special Projects Management Unit (UGPE), the General Directorate for Social Inclusion (DGIS) and the respective Municipal Councils.
