From March 29 to 31, a World Bank technical mission will take place in the context of the implementation of the Digital Project Cape Verde.
The team led by the specialist, Camila Mejia has been accompanied by the Project Manager, Guevara da Cruz, where numerous working meetings are scheduled with various stakeholders in this field, such as the Operational Center for the Information Society (NOSI), the Directorate General of Telecommunications and Digital Economy (DGTED), CVTELECOM as well as the Ministry of State Modernization and Public Administration, among others, in order to learn about the status of activities under the project funding.
In order to ensure the proper monitoring and implementation of the planned actions, these meetings are necessary because they will promote better articulation between the parties involved in the process and ensure effectiveness in the execution of the project by the beneficiaries.
Recall that the Digital Cape Verde Project aims to accelerate Cape Verde’s digital transformation and strengthen the foundations of digital competitiveness in order to improve public service delivery. But also strengthen the foundations of Cape Verde’s digital competitiveness and improve the supply of digital public services.
