{"id":3342,"date":"2022-07-12T09:59:53","date_gmt":"2022-07-12T10:59:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/backend-ugpe.gov.cv\/?post_type=noticias&#038;p=3342"},"modified":"2023-05-04T15:15:02","modified_gmt":"2023-05-04T16:15:02","slug":"ugpe-promove-formacao-de-capacitacao-sobre-violencia-baseada-no-genero-assedio-abuso-e-exploracao-sexual","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/backend-ugpe.gov.cv\/en\/noticias\/ugpe-promove-formacao-de-capacitacao-sobre-violencia-baseada-no-genero-assedio-abuso-e-exploracao-sexual\/","title":{"rendered":"UGPE promotes capacity building training on Gender-based Violence, Harassment, Abuse and Sexual Exploitation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">The Special Projects Management Unit promoted this Tuesday, July 12, 2022, a training on GBV, Sexual Harassment, Abuse and Sexual Exploitation directed to beneficiaries of the Access to Finance Project for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">This training is part of the Action Plan for the Prevention and Response to Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (EAS) and Sexual Harassment, within the framework of the Project for Access to Financing for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, and aims to raise awareness and strengthen the capabilities of the project&#8217;s partner financial institutions regarding environmental, social, and health and safety (NASSS) standards, occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements and preventing\/responding to Gender-Based Violence (GBV) as well as Violence Against Children (VCC).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">The aforementioned training action provided by ICIEG consisted of three modules, namely:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Module 1 &#8211; Gender Equality &#8211; Concept and sex\/gender difference &#8211; Social roles and gender stereotypes &#8211; Concepts of equality culture &#8211; Gender identity &#8211; Communication, inclusive and sexist language;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Module 2 &#8211; Gender-Based Violence &#8211; Gender and power relations &#8211; Power and GBV &#8211; Cycle of GBV and myths about GBV;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Module 3 &#8211; GBV Law and Sexual Crimes &#8211;
