Last January 14, in S\u00e3o Jorge dos \u00d3rg\u00e3os, interior of Santiago, the Tourism Operational Program was officially launched. This is a planning instrument that includes multiple projects aimed at materializing the Government’s vision for the sector.<\/span><\/p>\n In the occasion, the Coordinator of the Special Projects Management Unit, Eng. Nuno Gomes, made a brief presentation about the Competitiveness Project for Tourism Development.<\/span><\/p>\n The Coordinator pointed out that this project, which is valid for a total of 5 years, has the objective of promoting a competitive and diversified tourism based on a new growth phase, including in the country.
