HCV project: Advisory team conducts field visits on second day of mission

In order to gather information on the ground and gain insights for the ongoing feasibility study, the consulting team for the Cape Verde Hospital (HCV) project paid a visit to the Dr. Agostinho Neto University Hospital on the second day of the mission.

On that occasion, the consultants had the opportunity to meet with the hospital’s administration to share information about how the institution works, including challenges, successes and critical points. This exchange of knowledge is fundamental to ensuring a complete assessment of the needs and essential requirements for HCV.

Following the visit to the University Hospital, the team also visited the site designated for the construction of the future hospital, learning about its potential and guiding future planning and project execution decisions.

The close partnership between the consultancy team and local stakeholders is essential for creating effective and sustainable strategies for the progress of the HCV.
