The Special Projects Management Unit through the Human Capital Project held the 1st meeting of the Interministerial Technical Committee, this Thursday, March 16.
At the meeting chaired by the National Planning Director, Gilson Pina and led by the Coordinator of UGPE, Nuno Gomes, the state of play of the first 8 months of the Human Capital Project was discussed.
In the presentation made by the Project Manager, Clarisse Silva, the activities under implementation were highlighted and those that deserve more attention from the beneficiaries taking into account the risk of failure to meet the deadlines and the achievement of the goals for 2023.
The meeting also reinforced the need for the timely preparation of TOR, technical specifications for tenders as well as greater availability to make the evaluation in a timely manner.
In addition to the focal points and representatives of all beneficiary entities of the Human Capital Project, the meeting also included the UGPE team integrated by specialists in Procurement, environmental and social safeguards and monitoring and evaluation.
