Human Capital Project Technical Committee assesses progress and defines guidelines for 2024

The Technical Committee of the #HumanCapitalProject met on Friday, September 15, for a comprehensive analysis of the implementation of activities during the first half of 2023.

 

Under the leadership of President Gilson Pina, National Planning Director, the meeting’s main objective was to delve into the technical issues related to the execution of activities and to draw up an overall picture of the actions planned for next year, 2024. Gilson Pina acknowledged the remarkable progress of the project, but also stressed, where possible and taking into account the context, to adjust the approach in the processes related to Project Procurement.

 

On the occasion, the project manager, Clarisse Silva, presented a balance sheet of all the activities underway, detailing significant achievements, obstacles faced and solutions proposed to improve the execution of the tasks. In addition, Clarisse Silva emphasized the main performance indicators that are being monitored to measure the impact of the project.

 

During the meeting dedicated to the analysis of technical issues, the committee members engaged in wide-ranging discussions, addressing topics such as the strategic priorities and goals to be achieved in the coming year, the optimization of available resources and the improvement of monitoring and evaluation processes.

 

The 2nd meeting of the Human Capital Project’s Technical Committee culminated in a renewed commitment from all the beneficiaries to collaborate cohesively to achieve the project’s objectives.
