On the afternoon of Wednesday, September 24, the Special Projects Management Unit (UGPE) welcomed the World Bank’s new Co-Task Team Leader (Co-TTL) for the Resilient Tourism and Blue Economy Development Project, Özgül Calicioglu, Senior Environmental Engineer.
The purpose of the visit was to allow the new Co-TTL to meet the project team and learn about ongoing activities, with a particular focus on more complex infrastructure, challenges already identified, and possibilities for mobilizing additional funding.
Özgül Calicioglu was accompanied by Task Team Leader (TTL) António Batista. On behalf of UGPE, the Coordinator, Nuno Gomes, the Project Manager, Vladimir, and the Civil Engineer for the project, Sarah Fortes, participated.
