The Sterring Committee of the Cabo Verde Digital project met on March 20th in an extraordinary meeting to analyze and discuss the status of the implementation of the project activities under the main theme, Risk mitigation measures due to delays in execution.
It should be noted that the meeting was chaired by the Minister of Finance and Business Development, Olavo Correia and was attended by the Minister of State Modernization and Public Administration, Edna Oliveira and the Secretary of State for Digital Economy, Pedro Lopes.
The Special Projects Management Unit was represented by the Coordinator, Nuno Gomes accompanied by the Project Manager, Guevara Cruz and specialists from the environmental and social areas, monitoring and evaluation, and Procurement.
This meeting took place in the conference room of the Ministry of Finance and Business Development, and was convened under the terms of the Despacho de nomeação do SC that has the function of monitoring the Digital Cape Verde Project.
