World Bank Regional Director for Human Development in West Africa visits the School of Hospitality and Tourism

The World Bank’s Human Development Regional Director for West Africa, Trina Haque, paid a visit to the School of Hospitality and Tourism today, May 8, to find out “on the spot” about specific issues concerning the implementation of vocational training actions in the areas of Hospitality, Catering and Tourism.

 

Trina Haque was accompanied by the World Bank’s Senior Education Specialist, Emily Gardner, and the manager of the Human Capital Project, Clarisse Silva, representing the Special Projects Management Unit.

 

It is important to note that this visit is part of the implementation of the activities of subcomponent 2.1, grants for the development of competencies of the Human Capital Project, an initiative financed by the World Bank.
