In order to take stock of the Human Capital Project’s activities, the Special Projects Management Unit (UGPE) and the School of the Sea (EMAR) met on Tuesday morning at the UGPE Special Projects Management Unit.
The meeting was led by Human Capital Project Manager Maria Clarisse Silva, who was accompanied by Resilient Tourism and Development of the Blue Economy in Cape Verde Project Manager Aguinaldo Marçal.
EMAR was represented by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Liliane Pimenta, the Coordinator of the Board of Directors’ Office, Bruna Melício and the Financial Officer, Ambra Fonseca.
